Manyara National Park
Manyara National Park is a spectacular park in the Great Rift Valley. It has a large lake, wetland forest, acacia woodland and open grassland. Elephant, buffalo, giraffe, impala and zebra roam the plains. The waters of the lake and the Simba River filled with hippo. Manyara’s forests provide cover for blue monkeys, vervet monkey, baboons, waterbuck, bushbuck, aardvark, pangolin and leopard. Manyara is also famous for tree climbing lions.
